With 174 team points, the BC men's track and field team captured second place at the Crossroads League Championships while the BC ladies collected a fourth-place finish with 120.75 team points. Overall, the Bethel Pilots collected six individual event champions, 12 runner-up finishes and seven third-place finishes, which gives BC 25 total All-Crossroads League performances over the two-day meet.

After day one at the Crossroads League Championships, the Bethel Pilots men's and women's track and field teams have a firm hold on second and first place, respectively. On the men's side, BC has carded 63 team points and trails Marian University by 17 total points while the women are just 1.25 points ahead of Indiana Wesleyan University with 55.75.

Competing at the Al Owens Open at Grand Valley State University, the BC Pilots track and field team set yet another school record and hit eight NAIA national qualifying standards. While two of those marks were repeats, meaning the athlete had already hit the mark during the 2016 season, six of them were first-time qualifiers.

After the final day of competition at the 2016 Little State Track and Field Meet, the Pilots landed in fourth and sixth place in the men's and women's competition respectively. After the two-day event, BC reset four program records and hit seven total NAIA qualifying standards, making it an extremely productive weekend against high-caliber competition.
