Bethel track and field collected six individual champion honors on the first day at the Crossroads League Championships and both men's and women's teams sit in first place. The BC men have built a 15.5-point advantage, while the women lead by 12 points with eight events scored on the women's side and ten scored on the men's side.

It was an eventful day for the Bethel College track and field team as they took part in the Taylor Invitational hosted on the campus of Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. The one-day meet was attended by athletes from Taylor, Bethel, Indiana Tech, and a variety of unattached athletes from the Fort Wayne area. No team scores were released, but a variety of Pilots picked up valuable experience participating in a variety of events.

BC track and field put together two solid performances at the Indiana Intercollegiate 'Little State' Track and Field Meet over the weekend. The Bethel men finished the two-day meet taking second out of 12 teams while the women's team took fourth in their field of 12. On the men's side, Indiana Wesleyan University took first place, beating out BC 167 to 121.5. The second-place finish for the men marks the highest finish in program history at 'Little State'.

In the opening meet for the BC outdoor track and field season, Jeslyn Lewton put together a standout performance in the pole vault and has been named the Crossroads League Women's Field Athlete of the Week.
