The NAIA has announced that 110 men and 135 women student-athletes have been named 2015 Tennis Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Among that group are Bethel's Luke Hoffman, Gavin McGrath, Mason Heller and Samantha Lukas. In order to be nominated, the student-athlete must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 and must have achieved junior academic status.

Bethel Athletics is excited to announce that Bethel alum Joel Dendiu will be stepping into the role of head coach for the Bethel men's and women's tennis programs. Dendiu will replace Jason Gingerich who has been the skipper for the men's tennis team for eight seasons and the head coach for the women's team for six seasons.

Bethel men's tennis is pleased to announce the signing of Jacob Macri from Penn High School. Macri will join the Pilots beginning in the fall of 2015.

The Bethel College men's tennis team ended their 2014-15 season by going 1-5 this spring, leaving them with an overall mark of 3-17 for the year. All four losses this spring came to strong teams from Trine University, Cedarville University, Adrian College, Calvin College, and a close 5-4 loss to Manchester University. The Pilots defeated Calumet College on April 17th by the score of 6-3.
