Cass City High School (Michigan) infielder/pitcher Morgan Erla has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his athletic and academic career here at Bethel College.

It has been ten seasons since the Bethel baseball team said goodbye to their beloved scorekeeper, Marjorie Siler. And years later, her husband, Coach Siler, and the rest of the Bethel baseball family are remembering her character and dedication with a scholarship. The 2012 recipient for the Marjorie Siler Memorial Scholarship is Ethan Zartman. A 2009 graduate of Caston High School, Zartman has been a catcher on the Bethel baseball team for three years. Next year, he will be continuing his education across town at Notre Dame.

Calib Dill, an Edwardsburg High School senior, has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his academic and baseball careers at Bethel College in Mishawaka, Ind.

The Bethel College baseball team split a doubleheader with Goshen College on Tuesday afternoon.  The Pilots won the opener 12-7 before falling in game two by the score of 4-3.
