Dick Siler begins his 14th year as an assistant coach at Bethel.
One of the true legends of Indiana high school baseball, Coach Siler has over 575 victories and 25 championships. He has coached over 45 All-Conference players and 11 All State players. He was the NIC Coach of the Year in 1993 and his #50 jersey is retired at Elkhart Memorial High School. He has been granted lifetime membership in the American Baseball Coaches Association and is a charter member of the organization. Siler also serves on the board of directors for the IHSBCA.
He has also been inducted into the Ashland County Hall of Fame, the Elkhart County Hall of Fame and the Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Coach Siler lives in Mishawaka.
