Hall of Fame

Dr. Al Beutler Hall of Fame

Bethel College has a long and proud history of excellence of various athletic endeavors. Though championships and wins grip the daily headlines, it is the athletes and coaches who endure in our memories. To honor some of these enduring figures, Bethel College formed an Athletic Hall of Fame. Criteria for induction into the Bethel College Athletic Hall of fame is based on the candidate's athletic/coaching excellence, contribution to the school on and off the field/court, and how that person reflects the goals and standards of Bethel College in his or her person and professional life.

The purpose of the Bethel College Athletic Hall of Fame is to give special recognition to former Bethel College players/coaches who have excelled in their respective sport. Emphasis upon Christian values, moral character, and personal integrity is primary in the selection process. Also, an individual may be selected for meritorious service based upon his or her contribution to the athletic program and to Bethel College
