After his outstanding performance last week, senior Caleb Hadden has been recognized by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) as the Men's Tennis Student Athlete of the Week.
The Pilots finished their season on a high note winning two of their final three matches. Hadden participated in both matches and registered a 4-0 record by playing in the number six singles spot as well as playing with Mason Heller in the number three doubles slot. Hadden defeated both his Manchester University and Calument College opponents in two sets with scores of 6-3, 6-2 and 6-2, 7-6 respectively. In doubles, Heller and Hadden dominated play by winning 8-2 and 8-1.
Men's tennis did not qualify for the Crossroads League Tournament which brings their fall season to a close. The team will return to the courts in the spring as they look to continue to build on the wins they claimed late in the fall season.
