The Pilots travelled to Kendallville, Ind. and came away fourth out of ten teams at the University of Saint Francis Invitational, firing a two day total of 619 (309-310).
Bethel was led by freshman Brian Ulrich (75-79) and Tim Langolf (77-77), while Brady Klotz added 78-78 and Drew Day (78-79), Jon Enfield (80-77) and Spencer Pannabecker (77-80) all totaled 157.
"We were all pretty disappointed with our results this week but the one thing I was proud of was the way this team refused to give in to some adversity that hit us throughout the rounds," said BC coach Chris Hess. "We have a deep and talented roster and I expect us to bounce back in a big way in the NAIA Midwest Classic and in our tournament at Blackthorn as we prepare for the MCC Championship at the end of the month," added Hess.
The Pilots will next play at Brickyard Crossing on April 9-10 before hosting their own Invitational on April 13-14 at Blackthorn.
