In the 42-year history of the Bethel College softball program, the Pilots have posted winning records in a total of 22 seasons, which also happens to be 22 of the last 27 seasons (1992-2017). Overall, the Pilots boast 15 30+win seasons while they have reached the 40-win mark on five occasions and have eclipsed 50 total wins during two seasons. The Pilots' 50-win seasons came back-to-back in 2008 and 2009 under the direction of Coach Anna Welsh who led BC softball from 2005-2012. During her tenure, Bethel posted an outstanding 330-98-1 record (.770 win percentage) while collecting six MCC/Crossroads League Regular-Season Championships, four MCC/Crossroads League Tournament Championships, and five trips to the NAIA National Tournament. In total, BC softball lays claim to 15 conference championships and a pair of NCCAA National Championships.
